Key Responsibilities for Each Role

Pharmabharat is hiring for specialized roles in API engineering and production. Here’s a breakdown of responsibilities for each position:

  • Officer API-Engineering (Electrical): Gain exposure to API process maintenance, utility equipment troubleshooting, and substation equipment like DG sets, transformers, HT/LT panels, and breakers. Troubleshoot DCS/SCADA systems and support unit operations in API manufacturing.
  • Officer API-Engineering (Instrumentation): Work with SCADA/DCS systems, process automation, PLC qualification, and instrument calibration. Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance, and contribute to control system design and networking.
  • Officer API-Engineering (Mechanical): Handle API process equipment maintenance, preventive and breakdown repairs, and ensure GMP and safety compliance. Maintain logs, coordinate with production teams, and support smooth plant operations.
  • Plant Operator Production-API: Operate reactors, centrifuges, filters, and dryers in API manufacturing. Clean and maintain equipment per CGMP standards, handle raw materials and products, and report deviations to shift in-charge.
  • Officer Production-API: Monitor process parameters, ensure EHS compliance, and carry out manufacturing per BMR and SOP. Maintain documentation and promote safe chemical handling.
  • Operator Pellets Manufacturing-Formulation: Operate pellets manufacturing equipment, monitor parameters for quality, perform cleaning and changeovers, and maintain batch records under GMP guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience Required

To qualify for these pharma engineering jobs, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Officer API-Engineering (Electrical): BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 1-6 years of relevant experience in API processes and equipment maintenance.
  • Officer API-Engineering (Instrumentation): BE/B.Tech in Instrumentation Engineering with 1-6 years of experience in SCADA/DCS, PLC, and calibration.
  • Officer API-Engineering (Mechanical): BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 1-6 years of experience in API plant maintenance and GMP compliance.
  • Plant Operator Production-API: Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. 0-3 years of experience; freshers from 2025 passing year welcome.
  • Officer Production-API: BE/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering with 2-4 years of experience in API unit operations and documentation.
  • Operator Pellets Manufacturing-Formulation: Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 1-4 years of experience in formulation processes.
