HETERO is looking for passionate and detail-oriented MSc Chemistry graduates to join our Quality Control (QC) team through Manthan – our structured 60-day training program. This program is designed to equip fresh graduates with industry-specific knowledge in Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Research & Development (R&D).
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform chemical analysis and quality testing of raw materials and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory standards.
- Document test results and maintain accurate records.
- Work in QA/QC labs and support R&D projects.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: MSc in Chemistry (Organic, Inorganic, Analytical, Applied, or Pharmaceutical).
- Experience: 0-1 year (Freshers encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
