Job Description: Team Member – Manufacturing (Nasal)
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Nasal Manufacturing Operations – Handling Groninger, Optima, Snowbell filling machines, compounding vessels, CIP/SIP processes, and leak testing.
✔ Batch Production – Executing BMR/BPR documentation, ensuring cGMP compliance, and maintaining SOP adherence.
✔ Quality & Compliance – Coordinating with QA teams, supporting regulatory audits, and ensuring product quality standards.
✔ Team Leadership – Training production staff, troubleshooting operational issues, and improving process efficiency.
Qualifications & Eligibility:
🎓 Education: BPharm / MPharm or related Life Sciences degree (MSc Biotechnology/Microbiology also considered).
💼 Experience: 3–6 years in nasal manufacturing or OSD production (USFDA/regulated facility preferred).
🛠 Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with nasal filling machines, CIP/SIP, leak testers, and packaging systems.
