Key Responsibilities in Analytical R&D at Medreich
Medreich Limited, a Meiji Group company, is looking for skilled professionals in Analytical Research & Development (AR&D) for Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) Formulations.
1. Analytical Method Development & Validation
- Develop and validate HPLC, GC, Dissolution, and Spectroscopy-based methods for drug formulations.
- Conduct method transfer between labs and ensure compliance with ICH & regulatory guidelines.
2. Stability Studies & Regulatory Support
- Perform accelerated & long-term stability studies as per ICH Q1A guidelines.
- Prepare regulatory documents for USFDA, EMA, and other global submissions.
3. Quality & Compliance
- Ensure cGMP & GLP compliance in analytical testing.
- Maintain instrument calibration, data integrity, and documentation for audits.

Desired Candidate Profile
✅ Education:
- M.Pharm (Pharmaceutical Analysis)
- M.Sc (Chemistry / Applied Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry)
✅ Experience:
- 3-5 years in Analytical R&D (OSD Formulations)
- Hands-on experience in HPLC, Dissolution, Method Validation, Stability Studies
- Knowledge of GMP, ICH, and regulatory guidelines
