📋 Job Description: Clinical Pharmacist
Key Responsibilities
✔ Prescription Review – Verify & validate prescriptions for accuracy.
✔ Patient Counseling – Provide drug information & dosage guidance.
✔ Medication Management – Assist in therapy monitoring & interventions.
✔ Clinical Audits – Participate in quality improvement programs.
✔ Documentation – Maintain pharmacy records & compliance reports.
Skills Required
🔹 Strong knowledge of pharmacology & therapeutics.
🔹 Excellent communication & patient interaction skills.

🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications
- Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm D (Freshers can apply).
- Preferred Experience: Hospital, clinic, or US healthcare exposure (not mandatory).
- Courses: Clinical Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Hospital Pharmacy Management.
