Key Responsibilities (R&D – API Roles)
- Conduct research and development of APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients).
- Perform organic synthesis, process optimization, and scale-up activities.
- Ensure compliance with USFDA, EU-GMP, and TGA regulatory standards.
- Prepare technical documents, SOPs, and analytical reports.
- Work on new product development (NPD) and process improvements.
