Job Description: Engineering Apprentice Trainee
This apprentice trainee position is designed for fresh ITI graduates to gain hands-on experience in maintaining critical pharmaceutical manufacturing infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and assist the team in performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment like reactors, centrifuges, and dryers.
- Support the maintenance of utility systems, including compressors, HVAC systems, boilers, and water chilling plants.
- Help in troubleshooting technical issues related to mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
- Work under the guidance of experienced engineers to minimize machine downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Strictly follow safety protocols and adhere to Good Engineering Practices (GEP) standard in the pharma industry.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and practical skills.
Qualifications and Eligibility
- Education: Must have completed or appeared for ITI in Fitter or Electrical.
- Batch: 2025 appeared batch only. (This is a critical eligibility filter).
- Experience: This is a fresher job. No prior experience is required.
