1. Production – Bulk Manufacturing (Drug Substance)
- Qualification: MSc Life Sciences / B.Pharmacy / Diploma
- Key Skills: Hands-on experience in Drug Substance/Antigens manufacturing, Upstream/Downstream activities, and ensuring cGMP compliance and adherence to batch timelines.
2. Production – (Vaccine/Injectables)
- Key Areas:
- Blending: Operation of Autoclave, Vessels, CIP & SIP systems.
- Filling: Operation of Vial washing, Tunnel Sterilizer, capping & filling machines.
- Packing & Labelling: Operation of Vial labelling machine & VVM machine with inspection. Experience with Track & Trace system and monitoring cold rooms and deep freezers.
3. Engineering: (Biologics/Injectables)
- Qualification: Diploma / BTech (Mechanical, ECE, or EIE)
- Key Skills:
- Process Equipment: Maintenance of Vial washing, Filling, Capping, Autoclave, labelling machines, Jacket vessels, and Lyophilization operations.
- Instrumentation: Handling breakdowns, BMS, preventive maintenance, calibration, AMC, and interim projects. Troubleshooting skills in PLC & SCADA are required.
4. Quality Control
- Qualification: MSc Life Sciences / BTech / MTech Biotechnology
- Key Skills: Experience in Biochemical Assays, Instrumentation Testing, and Virology.
5. Quality Assurance – In Process
- Qualification: M.Pharmacy / MSc / B.Pharmacy
- Key Skills: Experience in AQA (Asset Quality Assurance), Drug Substance quality, and QMS (Quality Management Systems).
