Job Description: Medical Writer
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Writer to contribute to our pharmacovigilance and regulatory writing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Authoring and preparing high-quality, compliant Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSURs), Periodic Benefit-Risk Evaluation Reports (PBRERs), and Periodic Adverse Drug Experience Reports (PADERs).
- Conducting signal detection and signal validation activities using various databases and tools.
- Developing, updating, and maintaining Risk Management Plans (RMPs) and associated documents in accordance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA).
- Writing and reviewing safety summaries for clinical study reports, investigator brochures, and regulatory submission documents.
- Ensuring all documents are compiled in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), ICH guidelines, and global regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs, and clinical development.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in medical writing within the pharmaceutical/CRO industry.
- Hands-on experience in Signal Detection, Aggregate Reporting (PSUR/PBRER/PADER), and RMPs is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of global pharmacovigilance regulations and ICH guidelines.
- Excellent scientific writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
