Job Description: Production Operator / Trainee
As a key member of the production team, you will be involved in the core activities of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) manufacturing. This role is critical to ensuring the timely and compliant production of high-quality medicines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and monitor day-to-day API production activities strictly as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain accurate, precise, and timely production documentation including Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packaging Records (BPR), and logbooks.
- Ensure strict compliance with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines during all manufacturing and packaging operations.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams like Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Maintenance for smooth plant operations.
- Uphold a safe working environment by rigorously following all safety protocols and regulatory norms.
- Demonstrate willingness and flexibility to work in shifts as required in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: INTER, BSC, BCOM, BA, or DIPLOMA in any discipline.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical production department. Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Good communication, ability to follow instructions, and a keen eye for detail.
