Clinical Research Associate Job Description
As a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) at NAVITAS, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of clinical trials. Your responsibilities will include:
- Site Selection: Conducting feasibility studies and selecting appropriate clinical trial sites.
- Site Monitoring: Planning, preparing, conducting, and reporting site monitoring visits to ensure compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Document Management: Procuring essential documents from sites, performing quality control (QC), and timely filing.
- Trial Master File (TMF) Maintenance: Ensuring the TMF and site-specific files are up-to-date and audit-ready.
- Feasibility Reporting: Conducting feasibility assessments and reporting findings to the Project Manager (PM).
- Clinical Trial Compliance: Ensuring adherence to clinical research guidelines and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
Job Requirements
- Experience: 2-5 years in clinical research and clinical trials.
- Education: Graduate in Life Sciences.
- Location: Office-based in Bangalore or home-based in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, or Kolkata.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
