Research Assistant Job Description
Position: Research Assistant (on SHI)
Location: ACTREC, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai
Salary: Rs. 23,000/- per month (Consolidated)
Duration: 6 months (extendable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform wet lab experiments related to molecular biology and genomics.
- Track and maintain patient records accurately.
- Assist in the analysis of advanced genomics data.
- Collaborate effectively within a large research team.
- Support experimental design and data interpretation.
Essential Qualifications:
- M.Tech or M.Sc. in Life Sciences or equivalent degree.
- Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in molecular techniques.
- Preference for candidates skilled in molecular biology, Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) workflows, molecular genetics, haematology, and experimental design.
