Job Description: Regulatory and Clinical Business Analyst
Infosys Limited is seeking a skilled Regulatory and Clinical Business Analyst with 3 to 15 years of experience to join their Bangalore team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Life Sciences, particularly in Clinical Trials, Drug Safety, and Pharmacovigilance, and will be responsible for driving regulatory and clinical solutions for Life Sciences clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage development teams and collaborate with client teams and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop value-creating strategies and models to help clients innovate, grow, and increase profitability.
- Assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and recommend technology solutions.
- Manage software configuration and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in Life Sciences and regulatory compliance.
- Understand financial processes and pricing models for various projects.
- Interface effectively with clients and manage project and team deliverables.
Essential Skills:
- 2-10 years of IT industry experience, with at least 3 years in Clinical or Regulatory solutions for Life Sciences.
- In-depth knowledge of Life Sciences domain including Clinical Trials, Drug Safety, and Pharmacovigilance.
- Familiarity with CSV (Computer System Validation) tools.
- Exposure to the US Life Sciences market.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Logical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Expertise in Clinical Trials and Compliance & Safety.
- Experience with Regulatory Compliance Systems.
- Knowledge of software configuration management systems.
