Job Description: Process Development Scientist
Wockhardt is seeking a talented Process Development Scientist with expertise in Organic Chemistry to join their Research Center. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in API process development and technology transfer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize synthetic routes for APIs.
- Scale-up processes from laboratory to pilot plant.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for technology transfer.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues.
Essential Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Organic Chemistry.
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in API process development and technology transfer.
- Strong knowledge of organic synthesis and process optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
