Job Description: Medical Coder
Location: Kochi & Coimbatore
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze patient medical records to assign accurate ICD-10-CM codes for HCC.
- Ensure compliance with federal coding regulations and company policies.
- Abstract relevant clinical information from medical records.
- Participate in audits and implement feedback to improve coding quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team leads and QA teams to resolve coding discrepancies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate degree.
- CPC, CRC, or equivalent medical coding certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
