Job Description: Process Trainer – HCC
The Process Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to employees on HCC (Hierarchical Condition Category) coding guidelines and processes. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the team’s skills and ensuring compliance and accuracy in medical coding practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees on HCC coding principles.
- Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive training plans and curriculum.
- Create and manage MIS reports to track training effectiveness and employee progress.
- Utilize excellent classroom handling skills to ensure an engaging learning environment.
- Apply strong analytical and logical skills to identify knowledge gaps and address them.
- Collaborate with operations teams to understand process updates and incorporate them into training modules.
- Maintain expertise in medical billing and other RCM functions.
Eligibility Criteria & Required Skills
To be successful in this Process Trainer role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on HCC coding experience is mandatory. Additionally, 2+ years of experience as a Trainer is highly preferred.
- Education: A degree in Life Sciences is preferred.
- Certification: A medical coding certification is mandatory. This includes certifications like CPC (Certified Professional Coder) or CRC (Certified Risk Coder).
- Technical Knowledge: Must have strong knowledge of Medical Billing and other Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) functions.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent training and presentation skills.
- Effective classroom management abilities.
- Superior analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Job Location: This is a work-from-office position based in Pune and Hyderabad.
