Job Description: Production Officer
As a Production Officer at Noronic Pharmaceutical, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will be directly involved in the core production activities that bring vital medicines to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set product manufacturing formulas as per established production and R&D guidelines.
- Prepare, review, and manage critical documentation including Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packaging Records (BPR), and Master Formula Records (MFR).
- Take an active role in SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) Preparation to standardize processes.
- Prepare Stability protocols and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of Process Validation Protocols.
- Ensure all production activities comply with industry regulations and company quality standards.
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Qualification: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm), Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 year to 3 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting.
- Note: Freshers with a strong academic record and a keen interest in pharma production may also be considered, but prior experience is a significant plus.
