Job Description: Executive/Sr. Executive – Bio-Bulk Manufacturing
Intas is looking for passionate professionals with 1 to 8 years of experience in the biosimilars industry for its Ahmedabad Biopharma plant.
Job Location: Ahmedabad, Biopharma Plant
1. Position: Upstream Processing (USP) – Microbial & Cell Culture
- Department: Bio-Bulk Manufacturing (USP)
- Experience: 1-8 Years in biosimilar manufacturing.
- Qualification: M.Sc / B.Tech / M.Tech in Bioprocess, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Chemistry.
- Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in handling large-scale bioreactors (Stainless Steel/Single-use, wave, perfusion).
- Proficiency with Continuous Centrifuge and filter integrity tests.
- Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and cGMP.
- Data analysis skills are highly desirable.
2. Position: Downstream Processing (DSP) – Microbial & Cell Culture
- Department: Bio-Bulk Manufacturing (DSP)
- Experience: 1-8 Years in biosimilar manufacturing.
- Qualification: M.Sc / B.Tech / M.Tech in Bioprocess, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Chemistry.
- Required Skills:
- Expertise in Chromatography operations (Akta Pilot/Process, inline dilution/conditioning).
- Experience in column packing and qualification.
- Hands-on experience with TFF systems, nanofiltration, and aseptic filtration.
- Knowledge of Buffer preparation and strong cGMP compliance.
