Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out filling and packing activities as per Batch Filling Records (BFR), Batch Production Records (BPR), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Follow and maintain current GMP standards in all production areas and activities.
- Adhere to daily production schedules, completing filling and packing tasks on time.
- Receive and follow operating instructions from superiors; stop activities if abnormalities are detected and report to the Production Manager.
- Maintain online manufacturing records with strict data integrity practices.
- Handle indenting, issuance, and submission of BFR/BPR; verify raw and packing materials upon receipt.
- Request and submit samples to QC post-filling/packing; transfer finished goods to stores via Finished Goods Transfer Note.
- Perform cleaning of filters, storage tanks, and AHU filters as per schedule; ensure area cleanliness per SOPs.
- Monitor and maintain temperature & RH within SOP limits; check stock of consumables, logbooks, and status labels.
