Job Description: Clinical Research Associate (CRA)
As a Clinical Research Associate (CRA), you will be a critical part of our clinical operations team. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with protocols, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for clinical trials.
- Verify that data entered on Case Report Forms (CRFs) is accurate and consistent with patient clinical notes (source data verification).
- Ensure the protection of patient rights and the accuracy and completeness of trial data.
- Manage investigational product accountability and ensure proper storage at site.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with investigators and site staff.
- Prepare and submit timely monitoring visit reports and essential documents.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure timelines and study goals are met.

- Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
