Job Description: Quality Manager
As a Quality Manager at Bliss Healthcare, you will be at the forefront of ensuring operational excellence and the highest standards of patient safety and service delivery. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring robust quality management systems that align with both our internal goals and stringent regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
The Quality Manager will be entrusted with the following key responsibilities:
- Quality Systems Management: Establish, drive, and monitor the implementation of quality management programs and the Quality Management System (QMS) for Bliss Healthcare Ltd.
- Audit & Compliance: Lead and execute internal quality audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Conduct reviews to determine compliance status and recommend corrective action plans.
- SOP Development: Formulate, manage, and enforce a system for document control, including the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Program Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing healthcare programs and initiatives.
- Facility Optimization: Define and lead the strategic roadmap for continuous facility and process optimization.
- Team Leadership & Capacity Building: Provide leadership for staff management processes and establish QMS capacity building programs for our healthcare teams.
- Risk Management: Support the development and execution of internal compliance and risk management strategies.
Job Requirements
To be successful in this Quality Manager role, you must meet the following criteria:
Education & Certification:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Studies, Quality Management, or a closely related field (Required).
Experience & Skills:
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in healthcare quality management, quality assurance, or a related field.
- Proven, hands-on experience in conducting quality audits, developing SOPs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Extensive knowledge of quality management systems and quality improvement tools.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage complex projects independently and within a team.
- Strong analytical and interpretative skills to assess written information and scientific data, identify discrepancies, and suggest improvements.
- Proven leadership skills and exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
