We are looking for a meticulous and proactive individual to manage and drive key projects within our organization. You will be the central point of coordination, ensuring that all project deliverables are met on time, within scope, and budget.

Experience Required: 2 – 4 years in project / program management
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, initiate, and manage pharmaceutical and chemical R&D projects from conception to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope and budget.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks and ensure smooth execution.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation for ongoing and new projects.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed, ensuring transparent communication.
- Manage the relationship with all stakeholders, including internal teams and clients.
Desired Qualification & Skills:
- Educational Qualification:
- M. Pharm (Pharmaceutics / Pharmaceutical Chemistry)
- M.Sc. (Chemistry/ Analytical Chemistry)
- B. Tech / M. Tech in Chemical Engineering from a reputed institute.
- Certification: A PMP® (Project Management Professional) certification is highly preferable.
- Experience: Solid 2-4 years of hands-on experience in project management or program management, preferably in a CRO, pharmaceutical, or chemical industry.
- Skills:
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
- Strong working knowledge of project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) and methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead project teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
