We have multiple openings for experienced professionals in Production and Packing roles.
1. Position: Packing Officer/ Executive
- Experience Required: 2 to 6 Years
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Department: OSD & External
Key Responsibilities & Job Description:
- Oversee and manage the primary and secondary packing operations for pharmaceutical products.
- Ensure all packing activities comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
- Handle and review BPR (Batch Production Record) and daily documentation related to packing.
- Utilize SAP Business One (SAP B1 HANA) efficiently for all production and packing-related entries.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure the packing line meets its daily targets without compromising on quality.
2. Position: Executive – Production
- Experience Required: 5 to 6 Years
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Department: OSD & External
Key Responsibilities & Job Description:
- Possess and apply good knowledge of manufacturing processes including Granulation, Capsule filling, and Coating.
- Responsible for the smooth execution of production activities in the OSD plant.
- Prepare, review, and manage BPR (Batch Production Record) and all necessary daily production documents.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using SAP B1 HANA for real-time production data entry and management.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP norms and safety guidelines throughout the manufacturing process.
Job Requirements & Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: A degree in B.Pharm or M.Pharm is mandatory.
- Technical Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of OSD manufacturing (Granulation, Capsule, Coating) or Packing operations.
- Hands-on experience with BPR and daily documentation.
- Mandatory Skill: Strong working knowledge of SAP B1 HANA for production-related entries.
- Experience: Please refer to the experience requirement for each position above.
