Job Description: International Business Development
This International Business Development role is strategically designed for high-performing domestic pharma sales professionals ready to take on the world. You will be the face of Aculife in international markets, driving growth and establishing long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities & Job Role:
- Strategy & Expansion: Develop and implement robust business strategies to penetrate and expand Aculife’s footprint in assigned international territories.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research, including competitor analysis and regulatory landscaping, to identify new business opportunities.
- Partnership Building: Identify, negotiate with, and establish strong partnerships with distributors, clients, and government bodies abroad.
- Sales Target Management: Own and achieve ambitious sales targets, manage key accounts, and drive profitability in your regions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams for regulatory support, marketing material development, and new product introductions.
- Global Representation: Represent Aculife at major international pharma exhibitions, medical conferences, and high-level client meetings.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Educational Qualifications:
- A degree in B.Sc., B.Pharm, or M.Pharm is required. A postgraduate degree in pharmacy (M.Pharm) is highly preferred.
Experience Required:
- This role is ideal for candidates currently working in domestic pharmaceutical sales at the level of National Sales Manager (NSM), Sales Manager (SM), or Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM).
Desired Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent Communication: Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is non-negotiable for international client interactions.
- Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical skills to assess market data and make informed strategic decisions.
