Key Responsibilities

As a scientist in the Analytical Method Development team, your core responsibilities will include:

• Developing, optimizing, and validating robust analytical methods for Assay, Dissolution, and Related Substances for drug products.
• Conducting sophisticated impurity profiling and degradation studies to develop stability-indicating methods.
• Preparing and reviewing comprehensive analytical documentation, including Method Development Reports, Validation Protocols, and Standard Test Procedures (STPs).
• Managing method transfer activities to QC and other sites, ensuring seamless tech transfer.
• Collaborating with formulation development teams to resolve complex analytical challenges.
• Ensuring strict adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and global regulatory guidelines (ICH, USP, EP).

Eligibility Criteria & Required Skills

Educational Qualifications:

• M.Pharm / M.Sc in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Analysis, or a closely related field.

Required Experience:

• 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Analytical Method Development within a Formulation R&D environment.

Essential Technical Skills:

• High proficiency in operating and troubleshooting analytical instruments like HPLC, UPLC, GC, and Dissolution Apparatus.
• Hands-on experience with chromatography data software such as Waters Empower, Thermo Scientific Chromeleon, or Agilent OpenLab.
• A strong, practical understanding of ICH guidelines (Q2), USP, and EP requirements.
• Proven expertise in analytical data interpretation, method validation, and stability study management.
