Job Description: Apprenticeship Opportunity
This apprenticeship is designed for freshers to gain valuable, hands-on experience in a regulated pharmaceutical setup. Selected apprentices will be mentored by industry experts and will play a supportive role in critical departments.
1. Department: Quality Control (QC)
- Role: Assist in performing inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Key Skills: Learn to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Maintain accurate laboratory records.
- Qualification: ITI (LACP) or HSC (Science).
2. Department: Quality Assurance (QA)
- Role: Support the QA team in monitoring processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations.
- Key Skills: Assist in maintaining quality records for audits and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Qualification: ITI or HSC (Science).
3. Department: Production
- Role: Assist in various stages of the manufacturing process for APIs. Help operate and maintain manufacturing equipment.
- Key Skills: Support the team in meeting production targets while ensuring compliance with safety protocols and GMP.
- Qualification: ITI (Machinist) or HSC (Science).
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Educational Qualification:
- Industrial Training Institute (ITI) in LACP or Machinist trade.
- HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) with a Science background.
- Experience: Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply. This is an entry-level apprenticeship.
- Age Limit: The minimum age to apply is 18 years.
