Detailed Job Description (JD)
The selected candidates will be integral to the warehouse and supply chain operations at the Pithampur facility. The roles demand a high level of responsibility and adherence to strict quality standards.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Oversee Warehouse Operations: Manage end-to-end warehouse activities, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials and finished goods.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee all operations and documentation strictly follow cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and GDP (Good Distribution Practices) guidelines.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise seamlessly with the Production, Quality Assurance (QA), and Procurement teams to ensure an uninterrupted flow of materials.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and implement robust stock control systems to prevent discrepancies.
- Safety & Hygiene: Uphold the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization within the warehouse, complying with all company and regulatory standards (like those set by the FDA).
- Documentation: Handle and maintain all necessary warehouse documentation, including GRNs, issue slips, and dispatch records.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience of 2 to 5+ years in a warehouse role within a pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
- In-depth, practical knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
