Job Description: AQA Microbiology (Executive / Sr. Executive)
We are seeking two experienced and dedicated Microbiologists to join our QA Analytical team, specifically for the AQA (Analytical Quality Assurance) For Microbiology wing. This role is pivotal in maintaining the sterility and quality of our specialized injectable products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and oversee microbiological testing and environmental monitoring in a pharma injectable plant.
- Ensure product and process safety through rigorous data analysis and control.
- Play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulations set by national and international bodies.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for any microbial failures in the manufacturing and testing processes.
- Review and approve microbiological data, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines during audits and daily operations.
- Contribute to the development and validation of microbiological methods.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Education: M.Sc in Microbiology or M.Sc in Biotechnology.
- Experience: 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience working as a Microbiologist in a Pharmaceutical Injectable Plant.
- A strong understanding of sterility assurance, aseptic processes, and microbiological quality control.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and investigating deviations.
- In-depth knowledge of GMP, FDA, and other regulatory guidelines.
