2. Key Responsibilities & Desired Profile
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a modern analytical laboratory. The key responsibilities and desired skills include:
- Instrument Operation & Calibration: Practical exposure to operate, maintain, and perform calibration of advanced laboratory instruments like:
- Chromatography: HPLC, GC, GC-HS, LC-MS/MS, GC-MS/MS
- Spectroscopy: ICP-MS, ICP-OES, FTIR, UV-Vis
- Others: Dissolution Test Apparatus, Auto KF (Karl Fischer), Auto Titrator
- Sample Analysis: Proven experience in performing analysis of various samples including Raw Materials, Finished Products, Stability Samples, and Validation Samples.
- Method Development & Validation: Hands-on experience in Analytical Method Development, Method Validation, and Method Transfer activities.
- Regulatory Knowledge: A strong understanding and practical knowledge of GDP (Good Documentation Practices) & GLP (Good Laboratory Practices). Familiarity with NABL requirements is highly desired.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Sample Preparation, Chemical Testing, and Chromatography data interpretation.
- Leadership & Knowledge: For senior roles, demonstrated leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of overall QC/ADL lab activities are essential.
