Job Title: Medical Data Abstractor (MDA)
As a Medical Data Abstractor, you will play a crucial role in the healthcare ecosystem by reviewing and analyzing complex medical records. Your work will ensure the accuracy and integrity of vital health information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Abstract and code clinical data from patient records with high accuracy.
- Review and analyze various medical documents, including charts, reports, and physician notes.
- Ensure all data abstraction processes comply with standard guidelines and protocols.
- Utilize strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Meet daily and weekly productivity and quality targets.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain data integrity and meet project deadlines.
Eligibility & Required Skills
Education and Experience:
- Educational Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in:
- BDS, MDS, BAMS, BUMS, BHMS, BPT, MD, Pharm D
- Experience: 0-5 years of experience in a clinical or non-clinical field. Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply!
Essential Skills:
