Key Responsibilities
- Independently process post-hospitalization claims with accuracy and compliance.
- Validate medical documents and ensure no missing or incomplete information.
- Apply medical and surgical knowledge to assess patient reports and treatment records.
- Identify and report repetitive documentation errors for process improvement.
- Perform adjudication of claims as per established healthcare protocols.
- Analyze and justify the medical care and management given to patients.
- Meet daily targets for claims processing quantity and quality.
- Stay updated with the latest medical knowledge through training sessions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or MSc (Life Sciences or related fields).
- Experience: 0–12 months (freshers can apply).
- Essential Skills:
- Good communication and analytical skills.
