Detailed Job Description
1. Positions and Roles:
Sun Pharma is looking to fill multiple positions within its OSD facility. Your role will be critical in ensuring the production of high-quality pharmaceutical products.
- Executive / Sr. Officer / Officer: You will be responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and managing team productivity on the shop floor.
- Technician: You will be hands-on with the machinery, operating and monitoring equipment used in the granulation, compression, coating, and packing processes.
2. Key Responsibilities:
Depending on your department and position, your work profile may include:
- Operating and monitoring machinery like Fluid Bed Dryers (FBD), Compression Machines, Coating Panels, and Blister Packing Machines.
- Ensuring strict adherence to cGMP and GLP norms.
- Performing in-process quality checks to maintain product integrity.
- Maintaining batch manufacturing and packing records.
- Ensuring the area and equipment are clean and audit-ready.
