Key Responsibilities & Job Description
For FR&D Professionals:
- Design and develop robust formulations for solid oral dosage forms.
- Conduct pre-formulation and formulation studies.
- Handle laboratory and pilot-scale equipment for process optimization.
- Prepare technical documents, protocols, and reports.
For AR&D Professionals:
- Develop and validate analytical methods for drug substances and products.
- Manage analytical method transfer to QC and other sites.
- Conduct stability studies as per ICH guidelines and perform data interpretation.
- Handle sophisticated instruments like HPLC, UPLC, and GC for analysis.
For QC Professionals:
- Perform quality control testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products (OSD).
- Execute dissolution testing and stability studies as per schedules.
- Operate and maintain instruments like HPLC, GC, and Dissolution apparatus.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and company SOPs.
Eligibility Criteria
- Essential Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm / M.Sc. (Analytical Chemistry/Pharmaceutical Chemistry) or equivalent.
- Core Experience: Must have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) formulation in a pharmaceutical company.
- Location Preference: Candidates preferably from Bangalore or those willing to relocate at their own expense.
