Job Description: Quality Assurance & Quality Control Executive
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced professional to strengthen our QA/QC department. In this role, you will be crucial in maintaining our unwavering commitment to quality and compliance.
Post: Executive / Senior Executive – Quality Assurance & Quality Control
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and oversee analytical testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Ensure strict adherence to Quality Assurance protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Handle and operate sophisticated laboratory instruments like HPLC, GC, and Dissolution Apparatus.
- Prepare, review, and manage Quality Control documentation, records, and reports.
- Actively participate in internal and external audits and ensure GMP/GLP compliance.
- Investigate deviations, out-of-specification (OOS) results, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Contribute to method validation and stability study programs.
Desired Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- QUALIFICATION: M.Pharm or M.Sc in a relevant field (Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology).
- EXPERIENCE: 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in a QA/QC role within a pharmaceutical manufacturing or testing lab.
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of pharmacopoeial standards (IP, BP, USP), GMP, and GLP.
- Personal Skills: Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills.
