Job Openings: Detailed Description
Zydus is looking for experienced candidates with 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical formulation industry for the following roles.
1. OSD-Production (Plant Operator / Technical Assistant)
- Department: Tablet / Capsule Manufacturing
- Key Areas: Granulation, Compression, Coating, Capsule Filling, Wurster Coater, and Inspection.
- Ideal Candidate: You should have hands-on experience in operating and managing OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) equipment in a regulated plant.
2. Packing (Plant Operator / Technical Assistant)
- Department: Packing
- Key Area: Blister Line operations, specifically with BOS (Blister Packaging Machines) or other high-speed blister packing machines.
- Ideal Candidate: You must have practical experience in primary pharmaceutical packing operations.
3. Engineering
- Positions:
- Executive / Sr. Executive: Process Equipment (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation), Utility Engineer.
- Technician: Instrument Technician, Fitter, Electrical, Instrumentation, HVAC Operation.
- Ideal Candidate: Engineers and technicians with a background in maintaining pharmaceutical process equipment, utilities (like HVAC, Water systems), and instrumentation.
4. Quality Assurance (IPQA)
- Position: Officer / Sr. Executive
- Key Area: In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) for both Manufacturing and Packaging areas.
- Ideal Candidate: You will be responsible for online quality checks, batch record review, and ensuring GMP compliance on the shop floor.
5. Quality Control (Analyst)
- Position: Officer / Sr. Executive
- Key Area: Instrument Analysis
- Key Skills: Must have hands-on experience in operating sophisticated instruments like HPLC, GC, UV, IR, and Karl Fischer (KF) Titration.
- Ideal Candidate: Analysts proficient in method validation, routine analysis, and data integrity practices in a QC laboratory.
