Job Description & Key Responsibilities
As a crucial member of our Bioanalytical Lab team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, reliable data that drives our research projects forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and validate robust bioanalytical methods using LCMS/MS instrumentation.
- Perform routine sample analysis and ensure the accuracy and integrity of analytical data.
- Carry out the routine calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of LCMS systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including analytical reports, method validation protocols, and SOPs.
- Collaborate with the cross-functional team to meet project timelines and objectives.
- Maintain a thorough understanding and adherence to GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) guidelines.
Mandatory Requirements & Eligibility Criteria
To be successful in this LCMS-focused role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or MSc in a relevant field (Analytical Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, etc.).
- Work Experience: 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in a bioanalytical laboratory.
- Technical Skill (Mandatory):
- Must have worked extensively on LCMS instruments (e.g., Sciex, Waters, Agilent).
- A thorough knowledge of LCMS principles, method development, and validation is essential.
- Practical experience in quantitative bioanalysis of small molecules is highly preferred.
- Location: This is a full-time, on-site position at our facility in Manikonda, Hyderabad.
