Detailed Job Description: R&D Trainee
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India
Qualification: M.Sc in Chemistry

As an R&D Trainee, you will be an integral part of our research team, contributing to critical projects from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-Day Execution: Perform and support chemical reactions on a daily basis under the guidance of senior team members.
- Lab Management: Be responsible for the proper handling, maintenance, and calibration of sophisticated laboratory equipment.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to cGMP norms, GLP practices, and all company safety rules and regulations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and complete documentation of reactions, processes, and associated data.
- Intellectual Contribution: Actively contribute new ideas and intellectual input related to reactions and project improvements.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team to ensure the successful and timely execution of projects.
- Cross-Functional Work: Collaborate with other cross-functional teams as required to achieve project goals.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly progress updates and contribute to final project reports.
