Responsibilities for Quality Assurance Role
- Conduct IPQA activities, including online Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) review, line clearance, and sampling of APIs.
- Perform analytical data review to support batch release and Annual Product Quality Review (APQR) preparation.
- Ensure adherence to cGMP compliance standards in API manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain regulatory requirements and documentation accuracy.
Responsibilities for Warehouse Role
- Manage warehouse operations in compliance with cGMP, Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and regulatory standards.
- Utilize ERP/SAP systems for inventory tracking, documentation, and reporting.
- Oversee storage, handling, and distribution of APIs and bulk drugs.
- Maintain excellent documentation and compliance records from the formulation or API industry.
Qualifications
For the Quality Assurance position:
- B.Sc/M.Sc in Chemistry with 1-6 years of relevant experience in IPQA activities, BMR review, and cGMP compliance.
For the Warehouse position:
- Graduate/Post Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in cGMP and GDP environments, including ERP/SAP proficiency.
All candidates must have exposure to regulatory documentation and cGMP requirements in the pharmaceutical or API industry.
