🔬 Job Role: API R&D – Junior Chemist

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct experiments for API synthesis and process development
• Perform reaction optimization, scale-up studies, and troubleshooting
• Maintain laboratory documentation as per regulatory guidelines
• Support technology transfer to pilot and production facilities
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, and quality standards
• Contribute to innovation in new API development and impurity profiling

🎓 Required Qualifications

• M.Sc in Chemistry with 2–5 years of API R&D experience
• Ph.D in Chemistry with 0–5 years of relevant research experience
• Strong knowledge of organic synthesis and analytical techniques
• Experience working in API R&D labs is preferred
