Responsibilities
As a Research Scientist in Process Technology, you’ll drive chemical process development and optimization for agrochemicals and pharmaceuticals. Key duties include designing experiments, scaling up processes, and ensuring efficiency in production. For the Technology Transfer Executive/Sr. Executive role, you’ll handle the seamless transfer of processes from R&D to manufacturing, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement engineering solutions in fine chemicals and specialty chemicals industries.
Qualifications
For the Research Scientist position: M.Sc or PhD in Chemistry/Organic Chemistry, or M.Pharma in Pharmaceutical Chemistry. Experience: PhD with 0-5 years or M.Sc with 1-12 years in chemical process development or optimization within agrochemicals/pharma.
For the Technology Transfer Executive/Sr. Executive: B.Tech/B.E. in Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in technology transfer or process engineering, preferably in agrochemicals, fine chemicals, pharma-API, or specialty chemicals.
