Roles & Responsibilities
As a Regional Medical Advisor – Oncology Pharmacovigilance, you’ll play a pivotal role in advancing Dr. Reddy’s medical affairs strategy. Your key responsibilities include:
- Identifying, mapping, and profiling thought leaders in oncology and pharmacovigilance within the Delhi region and beyond.
- Engaging key thought leaders through targeted medical affairs activities, such as medical education, product education, advisory boards, and pre-license initiatives.
- Serving as a therapeutic area scientific expert, discussing scientific data, patient treatment trends, and studies with physicians, pharmacists, and stakeholders to build trusted relationships.
- Supporting optimal patient outcomes by communicating data, insights, and knowledge aligned with organizational goals.
- Representing Dr. Reddy’s at internal and external scientific platforms, including conferences and societies.
- Gathering insights on disease trends and treatment patterns from thought leaders and relaying them to therapy leads and commercial teams.
- Conducting proactive disease trend analysis and contributing to the annual Medical Affairs Strategy Plan.
- Processing scientific information requests from healthcare professionals.
- Ensuring all activities comply with Dr. Reddy’s Code of Business Ethics (COBE) and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborating on therapy-specific reviews, meta-analyses, case studies, and publications in reputed journals.
- Developing training plans for sales and marketing teams on the latest medical developments.
- Identifying knowledge gaps and devising strategic medical action plans, including evidence generation and special projects.
- Handling complex queries from healthcare professionals on oncology products and disease areas.
- Approving promotional and educational materials within timelines and policies.
- Acting as a product pipeline champion by identifying unmet needs and contributing to new product ideation.

Qualifications
To excel in this Regional Medical Advisor – Oncology Pharmacovigilance position, you need:
- Educational Qualification: MBBS with a full-time postgraduate qualification of at least 2 years in any medical discipline, or MBBS with an MBA from a reputed institute.
- Minimum Work Experience: Fresh postgraduate or up to 2 years in field-based medical affairs, preferably in oncology or pharmacovigilance.
- Skills & Attributes:
