Responsibilities
Depending on the position, your daily tasks may include:
- Production Operators/Sr Operators: Handling autoclave, compounding, filling, vial washing, and lyophilizer operations in injectable manufacturing.
- QC Micro Officers/Jr Executives/Executives: Conducting EM water testing, product analysis (MLT & sterility), and ensuring microbiological compliance in pharma labs.
- Engineering Jr Engineers/Engineers: Performing process maintenance for mechanical and electrical systems in pharma production units.
- EHS Officers/Executives: Managing safety protocols, training, awareness programs, and compliance documentation in pharma facilities.
These roles contribute to Hetero Labs’ commitment to high-quality injectable pharma products, ensuring safety and efficiency in a regulated environment.
Qualifications
- Production: ITI/Diploma/B.Sc with 1-6 years of experience in pharma manufacturing.
- QC Micro: M.Sc. in Microbiology with 1-5 years in pharma quality control.
- Engineering: Diploma/B.Tech with 3-8 years in mechanical/electrical maintenance for pharma processes.
- EHS: B.Sc/M.Sc/Diploma in Industrial Safety with 3-6 years in pharma safety and compliance. All candidates must bring academic documents, pay slips, appointment letters, CTC particulars, and ID proof to the interview.
