Key Responsibilities
- Production Injectables: Handle compounding chemist roles, CIP/SIP operations, autoclave, vial filling, and washing as operators, chemists, or executives.
- OSD Production: Perform coating, compression, and granulation tasks as operators in oral solid dose manufacturing.
- QA-Validation Injectable: Manage validation for injectable equipment like filling, lyophilization, and autoclaves.
- QC: Conduct quality control tests on OSD and injectable products using HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, polarimeter, Karl Fischer, pH meter, and finished product analyzers.
- Microbiology: Execute environment monitoring and trend analysis for EM and water data.
These roles emphasize precision in pharma production, ensuring compliance with industry standards for injectable and OSD formulations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience: 2-10 years in relevant pharma domains, with formulation experience mandatory.
- Education: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm, depending on the role.
- Skills: Proficiency in compounding, autoclave operations, quality control instruments, and microbiology trends.
- Preferred male candidates only, with immediate availability.
