Key Responsibilities
As a Complaint Handling Specialist, you will:
- Manage and process medical device complaint investigations in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare technical complaint summaries, including investigation reports, root-cause analysis, and closure documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely complaint resolution.
- Maintain high standards of technical writing, accuracy, and documentation quality.
- Ensure compliance with quality systems and internal SOPs.
- Communicate findings clearly with internal stakeholders and regulatory teams.
Required Qualifications
- Education: B.Pharma / M.Pharma (Mandatory)
- Experience: 1–5 years in complaint handling, quality, or regulatory documentation
- Skills:
- Strong technical writing and documentation abilities
- Understanding of complaint management processes
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
