Key Responsibilities
As a Formulation & Development Research Associate/Scientist, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting literature and patent searches, reviews, discussions, and documentation.
- Applying for test licenses, import licenses, and raising indents for API, RM, PM, and tooling.
- Designing experiments and optimizing formulations using Design Expert or equivalent DoE tools.
- Executing pre-formulation and trial batches for formulation development.
- Preparing and managing stability batches as per regulatory guidelines.
- Collecting, compiling, interpreting, and archiving stability data.
- Maintaining online documentation, including LNBs and log books.
- Preparing MMD, TAD, BOM, and EPO documentation.
- Initiating item codes, product codes, and coordinating for product clearances.
- Executing demo batches to support technology transfer.
- Preparing product presentations and PDR for internal and regulatory needs.
Required Qualifications
- Education: M.Pharma (Pharmaceutics / Related Specialization)
- Experience: 3–8 years in regulated market F&D
- Preferred Dosage Forms: Solid Oral Dosage Forms & Liquid Solutions
- Strong understanding of formulation principles, DoE, and regulatory expectations
- Proficiency in documentation and data management
- Hands-on experience with stability studies, trial batches, and tech transfer activities
