🧪 Key Responsibilities
- Perform chromatography operations for downstream processing.
- Handle protein purification workflows end-to-end.
- Operate centrifuges, filtration systems, and purification equipment.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
- Support scale-up, batch operations, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional QA/QC and process development teams.
🎓 Required Skills & Experience
- 2–8 years of hands-on experience in downstream operations.
