This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with expertise in patent analysis, formulation development support, IP strategy, ANDA filings, and litigation support to join a growing global team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patentability assessments, landscape reports, IP clearance, validity/invalidity searches, and infringement analysis.
- Work on regulated markets such as US, Europe, and UK, as well as emerging markets.
- Provide IP support for formulation R&D (oral and topical dosage forms).
- Manage ANDA litigation, 505(b)(2) strategies, Paragraph IV certifications, Notice Letters, and Section VIII carve-outs.
- Draft and file patent applications in India and coordinate prosecution across jurisdictions.
- Support regulatory submissions and formulation development teams.
- Assist business development with IP due diligence, FTF opportunities, and product selection.
- Use patent search databases efficiently to align IP strategy with business goals.
Required Qualifications
- M.Pharm (mandatory)
- PGDIPR preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in Formulation IPR within a pharmaceutical company
- Strong understanding of oral and topical dosage forms
- Excellent communication and technical writing skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong teamwork and analytical abilities
