Key Responsibilities
- Conduct literature review of cosmetic raw materials.
- Procure input materials and intermediates for F&D activities.
- Lead new product development for cosmetic formulations.
- Enhance the quality of existing products through systematic improvement.
- Prepare and maintain documentation across the entire product development cycle.
- Manage technology transfer from F&D to pilot or commercial scale.
- Handle consumer complaints and investigation activities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team regarding new and improved product feedback.
- Guide and support the internal research team.
- Continuously upgrade technical knowledge and skills under senior supervision.
- Prepare in-use stability protocols and reports.
- Develop and submit regulatory documents.
- Ensure GMP, GDP, and regulatory compliance at all stages.
Qualifications
- B. Tech (Cosmetic Technology) or M. Pharm (Pharmaceutics)
- Experience: 2–4 years in Cosmetics F&D / R&D
- Strong knowledge of formulation science, documentation, and compliance norms.
