🧪 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Packing Executive – Responsibilities
- Coordinate with planning teams to schedule daily POs 1–2 days in advance
- Accurate weighing of hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals
- Ensure calibrated electronic balances and functional safety equipment
- Maintain weigh-up, batch, and safety documentation
- Verify lot numbers, container types, and quantities
- Handle semi-automated packaging equipment
- Follow PPE, chemical safety, and waste disposal protocols
🔹 Analyst – Quality Services – Responsibilities
- Generate QC data and Certificates of Analysis (CoA)
- Perform GC and HPLC analysis for Certified Reference Materials
- Support Quality Control release testing
- Work under ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025 & ISO 17034 systems
- Author MANGO and audit documentation
- Stability studies, batch records, and report writing
- Operate chromatographic detectors (UV, RI, MS, FID, ECD, ELSD)
- Support technical transfer, validation, and method documentation
- Collaborate with scientists and technicians across teams
🎓 Qualifications & Eligibility
✅ Packing Executive
- Education: Any graduation degree
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in pharma/biochemistry packaging
- Knowledge of chemical hazards, PPE, and safe handling
- Basic math and metric system skills
- Good hand-eye coordination and tool handling ability
✅ Analyst – Quality Services
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in analytical/QC laboratory
- Proficiency in GC, HPLC, and chromatographic software
- Strong documentation, data analysis, and technical writing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
💼 Salary & Benefits (Indicative)
- Packing Executive: ₹2.8 – ₹4.2 LPA
- Analyst – Quality Services: ₹5.0 – ₹8.0 LPA
