🔧 Key Responsibilities (QMS Compliance – DSP)
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS) in Downstream Processing (DSP) operations
- Support implementation and maintenance of QMS procedures aligned with regulatory guidelines
- Participate in internal audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance assessments
- Handle deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and investigations
- Ensure documentation accuracy and data integrity in line with GMP requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen quality compliance culture
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related discipline
- 4–7 years of hands-on experience in DSP QMS and compliance
- Strong knowledge of GMP, QMS documentation, and regulatory expectations
- Prior experience in biologics or biopharmaceutical manufacturing preferred
- Good communication and inspection-readiness skills
